Ethical fashion is a concept wherein, the end product is created in such a way, that it maximises the benefit to society and minimizes impact on our environment. What is ENAH's design identity?

ENAH's unique design identity lies in creating contemporary styles using traditional arts and crafts, natural & eco-friendly materials such that the wearer commands a style statement which is not only unique and trendy but also comfortable, affordable and ethically underlining.

ENAH's ideology and design identity is evident in every aspect of the brand, be it back end or front end. For example, the brand logo is indigo coloured with a cotton symbol in red. Indigo is a traditional cash crop of India and has been used since centuries as a natural eco-friendly dye and has particular significance in Indian and international history of traditional textiles. The cotton symbol in the logo suggests our commitment to using natural eco-friendly materials to maximum possible extent, while the hint of red color suggests our youthful, contemporary styling in all our ranges.

What does ENAH's product range include?

ENAH's current range includes apparels and textile accessories for men & women. We soon plan to diversify into a wider range of fashion & lifestyle categories under the ethical umbrella.

Where are the products manufactured?

ENAH's complete range is exclusively designed, manufactured and retailed at its in-house production facilities in Navi Mumbai. Aikya Clothing Co., Navi Mumbai is a fully integrated garment manufacturing set-up & is the sole manufacturer and supplier of all ENAH's products.

What are the quality parameters followed for apparels?

At ENAH, quality is of utmost importance to us. Our fabrics are sourced from reliable artisan groups & suppliers from across the country. Each fabric is handpicked to fit our quality and design parameters. Each and every ENAH apparel, is French seam or double seam finished from within, for better durability and sturdiness. Detailed attention is paid to final finishing & packaging at our warehouse.

How does one select the best fit for the apparels?

For convenience of our customers, we have designed a size-table with all garment specifications for all our available sizes. Kindly refer to the 'size guide' to find your best fit. You may also mail us your queries regarding fit and style at We will try our best to find the best fit for you as per your requirements.

How can one assure longer durability of ENAH apparels? OR What are the product care specifications for ENAH apparels?

All of ENAH's apparels are created using natural fibres; hence it is very important to respect the characteristics of these fibres and treat them with due care to ensure longer durability.
Natural dyes and bright colors tend to bleed easy. First wash dry clean advised. For subsequent home washes use mild detergent and wash immediately after soaking in normal water. Also it is advised to dry the garments in shade rather than in direct sunlight to increase garment life. Fabric may shrink slightly after first wash. Use of gentle starch and fabric conditioners post wash improves the life of the products.

How do I shop online? has a very user friendly interface for ease and convenience of our valued customers. In order to shop at, kindly select your favourite product from our wide range of merchandise and select 'add to bag', after choosing your best size, required quantity and desired color. You may also refer to the size guide to find your best fit. If you do not wish to purchase the product right away, you may also add it to your wishlist. (Details of wishlist function given below). After the product has been added to cart, you may either continue shopping or you may directly checkout for payment. The details of your cart will also be visible in 'My Bag' logo visible on the right hand corner of any page. You may also edit the contents of your bag before proceeding to 'single click checkout'.

What is 'Single click checkout'?

We believe in being simple yet innovative in our every approach. Thus, our 'Single click checkout' page is a single click function wherein customer can directly proceed to payment without much hassle and in just one click of the button. If you do not have a registered account with, you shall be prompted to create an account, when you shop for the first time. Creating an account only helps us to better our service towards our esteemed clients. If you already have an account with you shall be directly prompted to 'Single checkout page'. Here you are requested to confirm your order details and enter your billing and shipping addresses and finally select your preferred mode of payment.

How do I edit the contents of my order before final payment?

To edit the contents of your order, you may click on 'My Bag' logo at the top right hand corner of any page and view & edit the contents of your bag OR you may click on edit link on 'Single checkout page' to edit your bag contents.

How do I edit the contents of my order after payment has been done?

We are sorry to inform that you may not edit the contents of your order once the payment has been done.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

You shall receive a mail confirmation with your order details once your payment is processed.

Why should I create a user account?

It is absolutely safe to use your credit and debit cards on We respect the privacy of your banking details and take adequate security measures to safeguard it. All our credit / debit card processing & net banking transactions are done through secure connections. We use nationally trusted CCAvenue payment gateway for our processing.
Once your payment is confirmed you shall be able to view your order details in 'My orders' section of your account. You will also receive an order confirmation mail for the same.

What if I make a purchase using my debit / credit card, and the amount gets deducted but there is failure in transaction and my order is not completely processed?

You may communicate us of such a problem at and our customer care executive will get in touch with you for further details. You may request refund of your amount in which case complete amount will be refunded back in your account within 7 working days or you may request for a coupon code of the same amount, against which you may shop @ within next 30 days for same or greater value.

We provide shipping to all locations within India, with help of trusted logistics partners.

Are there any shipping charges?

There are no additional shipping charges over the M.R.P.

How many days does it take for an order to be delivered?

We maintain in-house inventory and hence our orders are shipped within 24 hrs from our warehouse. It takes about 3-5 working days for delivery to reach your doorstep. In rare cases, if the location is remote it may take longer than above period. You shall be duly notified via mail on the shipping and expected delivery status.

How do I return a product? Download Form

Not satisfied with ENAH product, please return it, no questions asked.
In order to return a product, kindly fill in the 'Returns and Exchanges' form and mail it to within 7 days of receiving delivery. We shall revert with a confirmation mail and you may then ship the product back to our office address. Once the product reaches back to us, you shall receive an exchange code worth the same value as your original purchase, which you may redeem for another order of equal or greater value. This exchange code will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. This code can be applied in the 'apply code' section of the 'My shopping Bag'. Forgive us for not bearing the return shipping expenses.

How do I return part of an order?

Kindly fill in the 'Returns and Exchanges' form with details of your order number and the particular product you wish to return from that order and mail it to within 7 days of receiving delivery.

How do I exchange a product?

We do not allow exchange of products. In case of any issue with the order, you may return it back to the company and redeem it against any other new order.

Do not worry anymore. brings you India’s first online custom fit clothing site. We love to adorn the real women with our wide range of designer apparel. Whatever you height, shape or size, just give us your measurements and we will tailor-make it for you.
If you have a petite figure or you are plus size or even if you’re tall and need longer lengths of apparels, ‘custom fit’ is the right choice for you. Get excellent fit & quality – tailor made for you only at

How do I order my ‘custom fit’ product?

Select any of the product designs from our custom fit range. Select the option of ‘custom fit’ size option. You will be prompted to enter your measurements. The measurements you give us are essential to deliver the best fit and should be as accurate as possible with little guess work. While choosing a size, we recommend that you not go up or down with your measurements hoping to get a looser or tighter fit based on the silhouette displayed. It's best to give us the exact body measurements and fill in your comments in the ‘add comments’ section for any additional information you would like us to know. We charge an additional INR 149 over the MRP of the product for custom fit orders.
Once you have entered your measurements, click ‘add to bag’ to complete the shopping process. You will be able to see your cart details. You may continue shopping in the similar manner or you may ‘checkout’. Next comes the 'Single click checkout' page which is a single click function wherein customer can directly proceed to payment without much hassle and in just one click of the button.If you do not have a registered account with, you shall be prompted to create an account, when you shop for the first time. Your account will also store ‘My measurements’, so that next time you shop at you do not have to enter your details again. You can also edit the measurements entered in your account page.
Once you enter all the shipping and billing details, you can select your mode of payment and complete the transaction. You shall receive a verification call from our customer support to confirm your order details. Once your order is verified you shall receive a mail confirming the same.

How to measure?

Kindly refer you measuring guide in order to get your perfect fit.
* Keep tape measure level and close, not tight.
* If possible, have someone else measure you - it's more accurate.
Shoulder: This is one that may be easier with the help of a friend. Measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Try not to hunch over.
Chest: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor, under the armhole and around your back.
Hips: Standing with heels together, measure around your body at the broadest part of your hips. This will include the fullest part of your backside too and should be just about where your legs meet your torso. (approximately 8" below natural waistline.)
Biceps: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm, your bicep and measure the complete round.
Height: Standing with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall, measure straight from collar bone beside your neck to the floor.

Can I return a ‘custom fit’ order?

Custom fit orders are made as per individual’s body measurements, so they cannot be accepted back in our inventory. We are sincerely apologetic for not accepting returns or exchanges of ‘custom fit’ products.

What is the delivery time for custom fit orders?

Once you place an order for ‘custom fit’ order, you shall receive a call from our customer care confirming your order details. Once your order is confirmed, you shall receive you custom made product in 7-12 working days.
